  • Confirmed orders are generally packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your package is ready, it is handed over to our trusted logistics partners for delivery.

Delivery Estimates

  • Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipments to remote or less accessible locations may require an additional 2–4 business days.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

This tracking link allows you to monitor your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status.

Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect/incomplete address details, the shipment may be returned to us as Return to Origin (RTO).

To help ensure successful delivery, please verify your shipping address and contact information before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees, where applicable, are determined based on your order value and delivery destination.

  • Any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before you place your order.
